With solid international tech experience behind him, Eric Van Bael has been leading XPOfleet & MobilityPower since 2022. Before that, he built a strong track record in various leadership roles, including as CEO of IoT and SaaS player Spacewell, Global Vice President Software Services at HP, and Managing Director at HP and EDS. In these positions, he helped steer numerous mergers, acquisitions, and technological integrations and innovations.

Since joining XPOfleet, Eric has been fully focused on renewal. Together with a rapidly growing team, he rolled out a new strategy, with the launch of Muto as its spearhead—a state-of-the-art SaaS platform that will completely succeed XPOfleet in the coming years and evolve into a broad, future-oriented mobility solution.

Kathelijne Verboomen has been Director of the Knowledge Centre & Legal Services at Acerta since 2019. She began her career in HR services at Partena, StepStone and SD Worx. She also worked as a cabinet staff member for former Deputy Prime Minister Kris Peeters, where she was Advisor on Employment. From April 2015 onwards, she contributed to federal-level decision-making on employment matters. In relation to the Workable and Flexible Work Act, she carried out both substantive legislative work and overall coordinating work. In 2019, she also helped draft the legal framework for the mobility budget—an ambition that finally became reality.
